How To Create an Outlook 2007 IMAP account:

1. Go to Tools and Account Settings – below the E-mail tab click New.
2. Choose E-mail Service: Click on the “Microsoft Exchange, POP3, IMAP, or HTTP” radio button
3. Click the “manually configure server settings or additional server types” check box this will automatically enter in all of the required fields – click next.
4. Click on the Internet E-mail bubble – click next.
5. Enter the following information:
   
   1. Your Name: <Display Name you want to use, i.e., Joe Smith>
   2. Email address: <Full email address, i.e., username@example.com>
   3. Incoming Server: mail.ondemandhosting.net 
   4. Outgoing Mail server:  mail.ondemandhosting.net 
   5. User name: <Full email address, i.e., username@example.com>
   6. Password: <Your email account password>
6. Click on More Settings
   1. Navigate to “Outgoing Server” Tab
   2. Check “My Outgoing Server requires SMTP Authentication”
   3. Click OK
7. Click on Next
8. Click on Finish.
